Windrush Alpacas is owned and operated by Rosemary and Ric Metcalf.
We started our business in June of 1998 after nearly two years
of research, seminars, and visiting numerous farms and ranches.
We have never looked back. Windrush Alpacas is located in Clovis,
New Mexico, just a few short miles from the Texas state line.
Windrush, the home of award winning Enchantment's Prince Regent,
offers a variety of services including stud, brokering, boarding,
sale of alpaca products including raw fiber, roving, and finished
goods, and of course, we have animals available for you to start
or add to your own herd. Windrush offers an after sales program
to guide you as you start or continue to build your own business.
Rosemary works full time from the home while attending to the
daily needs of the farm, while Ric after serving 30 years in the
Air Force will be retiring soon and will devote his daily life
to the alpaca business. Ric has attended the AOBA Judges Clinic
and is now completing his judging apprenticeship. Our farm is
our pride and joy, and we would love to share it with you. Call
us for a visit today.
Alpaca Ridge Ranch is a mini ranch with Bolivian and Peruvian
stock. We plan to offer crias for sale and participate in activities
for the improvement of alpacas and of alpaca ranching in our state.

Aspen Ridge Alpacas of Northern New Mexico
Jemez Springs, NM
What put the enchantment in New Mexico? The enchantment is every
day at Aspen Ridge Alpacas. You will find Evelyn and Mickey at
the ranch during the day among their ARI registered huacaya herd.
In addition to the everyday alpaca management, they enjoy watching
the alpacas having great fun on their hill among the aspens and
boulders. The high altitude of 8700 feet is ideal for the alpacas.
Evelyn and Mickey search out the best herd sires for their females.
The results have been spectacular. Please visit us and see our
quality herd up close and personal. We will gladly answer your
questions. If you prefer to agist (board) your animals at the
ranch, we will treat them as lovingly as we do our own.
The ranch is located on Thompson Ridge in the Jemez Mountains,
only 1 ½ hours from Santa Fe or Albuquerque.
